Early 2000s hand-painted shearling coat with oversized collar

An incredible early 2000s shearling coat in deep chocolate brown, finished with hand-painted metallic detailing in bronze, gold and muted green tones.

The coat has an oversized long-haired shearling collar, a beautifully fitted waist and dramatic flared sleeves. Decorative contrast stitching follows the panelled construction throughout, giving the piece an almost artisanal feel.

The exterior is hand-painted across the front, back and sleeves, making every angle slightly different. Finished with its original matching shearling belt, allowing the waist to be pulled in and the oversized collar to fall beautifully around the shoulders.

A very special piece with a strong early 2000s feel.
