1970s black velvet fitted long coat with stitched trim

A beautifully fitted black velvet coat with an almost dress-like silhouette. Cut narrow through the waist before falling into a long, softly flared skirt.

The wide tailored lapels and front opening are finished with contrasting textured stitched trim, which continues all the way down the front and gives the otherwise minimal black velvet a subtle graphic detail. The back is beautifully constructed with a defined waist seam and generous volume through the skirt.

Closes discreetly at the waist with two press studs.
