Please contact me before sending back any item. I will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Studio Dash cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been successfully delivered and approved.
After the refund has been issued, it may take 3–5 business days for the payment to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
